PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Pull–filament/fiber/bristle disc equipment is a machine designed and manufactured by MeiXin Company for the reuse of disks, reducing the cost of use. In the case of bristles damage, the old bristles can be pulled out by the Pull–filament/fiber/bristle machine, and then the product base is refilled to extend the service life of the product base.
Extractor is a mechanical device used to remove bristles. It usually consists of an electrical system, a PLC system, a bearing system, a motor system and some clamp that twist or pull the bristles to pull them out. When the disc is placed on the machine, the disc rotates and the clamp head moves from the control system to the top of the disc, looking for the first starting point. The process quickly removes old bristles and prepares them for new ones, which is why it is widely used in fields such as reusing bases for industrial products.
Pull–filament/fiber/bristle disc machinery and equipment can greatly improve the service life of the product base, reduce the generation of waste, save resources, for environmental protection and economic development have a positive role.
