PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The 5-axis machine contains five working axes: X axis, Y axis, B axis, A axis and Z axis. Usually, the x axis controls the left and right movement of the table, the Y axis controls the forward and backward movement of the table, the B axis controls the rotary action of the table, the A axis controls the up and down movement of the table, and the Z axis controls the swing or rotation function of the fixture. However, depending on the brush style, it may be designed to control the rotating or swinging action of the table. 5 axis machine is very flexible, can make almost any range of brush rated specification. In special cases, fixtures and programs can be replaced as needed to produce different products, and their working stroke and swing direction can be customized according to customer needs. Commonly used 5 axis machine products are: arc toilet brush, single side hockey toilet brush, double side hockey toilet brush, flat ceiling brush, round toilet brush, round ceiling brush, industrial small circular rolling brush, industrial disk brush, hole with angled plastic brush, wood brush, etc.
